About Dena M.
Dena M. Bez earned her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She began her legal career soon after completing law school and has been active in the California legal community for nearly two decades. Her professional membership roster shows steady involvement in bar and civic organizations dating back to 2007.
She is a member of the State Bar of California and joined the American Bar Association in 2007. Those early memberships coincided with the start of her practice in the region. Over the years she has taken on leadership responsibilities at local and regional levels. Since 2007 she has served on the board of the Placer County Bar Association’s Family Law Section. She also holds the post of Vice Chair at Women Lawyers of Sacramento, a role that places her in regular contact with other attorneys and community leaders.
In 2010 she established Bez Law Office, P.C., and continues to operate the firm as its owner. Setting up a private practice allowed her to build a caseload and manage the firm’s direction. The office has operated under her ownership since that year, and it represents her base for client work and community engagement.
Outside of bar activities, she has been active with the Sutter Roseville Auxiliary since 2010. That involvement ties her to local nonprofit and health-related efforts in the Roseville area. Her civic work complements her legal practice and reflects a long-term engagement with community organizations.
Much of her professional attention has centered on family law matters. Her ongoing role on the Placer County Bar Association’s Family Law Section board suggests regular work in divorce, custody and related proceedings. She handles cases that require courtroom appearances as well as negotiated settlements. Colleagues describe her as pragmatic in case planning and attentive to procedural detail.
She continues to maintain memberships in professional associations to stay current with developments in California law. As owner of Bez Law Office, P.C., she oversees client work and firm operations. She currently practices in California and handles family law matters through her firm.
