About Deborah L.

Deborah L. Hardin trained at the William H. Bowen School of Law, earning her J.D. in 2009. She spent her law school years involved in scholarly and practical work. In 2010 she served on the law review, worked as a research assistant, and handled duties at the library circulation desk. Those early roles shaped how she approaches legal research and case preparation.

After graduating, Hardin took on volunteer and academic positions that kept her close to client work and legal scholarship. In 2011 she served as a volunteer law clerk at the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. The following year she worked in legal research at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. These roles involved drafting, research and supporting attorneys who provided direct services to clients.

In 2013 she stepped into a leadership role at The Hardin Law Office, PLC as managing lawyer. She has overseen operations there since then. Her day-to-day work involves supervising cases and managing office matters, alongside direct representation when required. Colleagues and clients see her as a steady presence in the office.

Hardin is admitted to practice in Arkansas and before the Federal Circuit. She maintains memberships in several professional organizations, including the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the Arkansas Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is also affiliated with the Volunteer Organization of the Center for Arkansas Legal Services and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. Those memberships connect her to trial practice networks, pro bono efforts and resources for attorneys who represent social security claimants.

Her career path reflects a mix of hands-on client service and institutional work. Time spent in legal services and university research positions gave her a background in both direct representation and academic-style analysis. As managing lawyer, she balances casework with the administrative responsibilities of running a small law office.

Hardin maintains an office in Cabot and handles matters in state and federal forums that fall within her admitted jurisdictions. She continues to participate in professional groups that support trial practice and social security claimant representation. She currently practices from a Cabot office and represents clients in Arkansas courts and before the Federal Circuit.
