Deborah Eshaghian is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Eshaghian earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 2004. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2001. During her time at Loyola Law School, she was involved in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in her areas of interest.

Ms. Eshaghian concentrates her practice in the areas of education law, business law, civil rights, and criminal defense. She represents educators in disputes with school districts and administrations, including Skelly hearings, dismissal hearings before the Office of Administrative Hearings, and credential hearings before the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Her business law practice encompasses business litigation, formation, and general civil litigation.
