About Dean

Dean Paolucci trained as a historian before turning to law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from The College of Wooster in 1994 and completed his Juris Doctor at The John Marshall Law School in 1998. Those years set the foundation for a steady practice rooted in courtroom work and client counseling.

Early in his career Paolucci moved into private practice and built a local presence. In 2003 he became President of Paolucci Law, a role he has held while overseeing day-to-day operations and case strategy. That administrative responsibility has run alongside regular legal work rather than replacing it. He maintains courtroom participation and client meetings in the firm’s Ohio offices.

Paolucci is licensed to practice in Ohio and in the Federal Circuit. His professional profile includes an Avvo rating listed as "SUPERB" at 9.7 out of 10, and his firm has held a Better Business Bureau A+ rating. The BBB affiliation is recorded beginning in 2005 and continues to the present. Those recognitions appear alongside a practice that emphasizes responsiveness to local clients and an emphasis on formal advocacy.

His practice spans state and federal matters. He handles filings, hearings and appeals where appropriate, and has experience presenting arguments in court. Paolucci’s work requires attention to procedure and careful preparation of briefs. He also advises clients on the steps and timelines involved in moving cases through both state and federal systems.

The firm maintains two offices in Ohio, serving clients from locations in Akron and Parma. Those offices operate as part of Paolucci Law’s effort to remain accessible across a metropolitan area that includes suburban and urban communities. The multiple locations allow the firm to schedule hearings, depositions and client consultations in convenient settings.

Outside of casework, Paolucci’s public profile is primarily linked to the management of his firm and the ratings it has received from consumer organizations. He has not been publicly listed for academic posts or bar leadership positions in available materials. He has kept a practice centered on local representation and procedural work in the courts where he is licensed to appear.

He currently practices at Paolucci Law, representing clients in state and federal matters in Ohio and in cases before the Federal Circuit.
