Dayn Anthony Holstrom is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1990 and holds bar number 146663. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Holstrom is the Managing Partner at Holstrom, Block & Parke, APLC, a law firm specializing in family law, probate, and estate planning. The firm's offices are located in Corona, Riverside, Temecula Valley, Corona, San Diego, Vista, and Newport Beach, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Holstrom earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, graduating summa cum laude in 1990. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Phoenix, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business in 1984. During his time at Western State University, he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and graduated as Valedictorian, achieving the highest GPA in the school's history.
Mr. Holstrom concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, probate, and estate planning. He represents clients in matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, wills, trusts, conservatorships, and guardianships. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including litigation, negotiations, and trials in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Holstrom has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside, the Superior Court of California for the County of San Bernardino, and the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange. He has also appeared before the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Southern California for five years.
Mr. Holstrom is an active member of the Riverside County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the San Bernardino County Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Association for Justice and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Holstrom serves on the Board of Directors for Olive Crest, a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing child abuse and treating children in crisis. He is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
