About David N
David N Soloway earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law in 1982 after completing his undergraduate studies at Duke University in 1979. He entered the legal profession at a time of shifting federal immigration policy and has practiced through several decades of change. His education set a foundation in traditional legal training and regional networks that would shape his career.
After law school he moved into private practice. Over the years he has handled matters that intersect with federal agencies and administrative procedures. He has built experience in representing clients before immigration authorities and in proceedings that require detailed knowledge of immigration regulations and procedure.
Soloway has long been active in professional circles related to immigration law. He has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2002. He served as chair of the AILA Georgia/Alabama Chapter from 2012 to 2013. Earlier, between 2008 and 2012, he held multiple leadership roles in the AILA Atlanta Chapter, including vice chair, secretary, treasurer and chair of the USCIS Liaison Committee. Those roles required organizing colleagues, coordinating with federal agency representatives and helping to shape chapter-level responses to practice problems.
Those responsibilities put him in regular contact with officials at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. He has worked in environments that demand clarity in filings and attention to deadlines. Colleagues and clients have relied on him to navigate administrative steps and to prepare materials for agency review.
He is an attorney at Frazier, Soloway & Kennedy, PC. At the firm he continues to represent individuals and organizations in immigration matters, handling case preparation, agency communications and procedural strategy. The office draws on his years of chapter leadership and his familiarity with both local practice and national association activity.
Soloway maintains an active role in professional associations while practicing at Frazier, Soloway & Kennedy, PC. He focuses his practice on immigration matters and related administrative proceedings.
