About David

David Migliore built his legal foundation in Connecticut. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University in 1998 and a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2004. Those years shaped his approach to the practice of law and sent him back into the Connecticut legal community.

He began practicing after law school and has maintained an active presence in the state. He is a current member of the State Bar of Connecticut. Over time he has handled the practical tasks that define day-to-day legal work: drafting documents, counseling clients, preparing filings and appearing in court when matters require it. He has practiced steadily in the state rather than pursuing a national profile.

Colleagues describe his work as steady and pragmatic. He takes on both advisory roles and contested matters, working through procedural and substantive challenges the cases present. He is comfortable in hearings and negotiations, and he aims to give clients clear options rather than abstract theory. His background at Quinnipiac gave him a foundation in both courtroom procedure and legal analysis. His undergraduate years at Wesleyan contributed to his broader analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information.

Migliore has kept his practice anchored in Connecticut law. He makes routine use of state court rules and the civil procedure that governs local practice. That local emphasis means he understands how calendar pressures, local judges’ preferences and administrative processes shape outcomes. He has not sought public office or prominent bar leadership roles that would take him out of active casework; instead, he has focused on maintaining a day-to-day practice.

Outside the courtroom he has engaged professionally through the State Bar of Connecticut, where he keeps current on developments that affect his work. He balances casework with the continuing education required by the bar, attending seminars and trainings relevant to the matters he handles. He currently practices law in Connecticut.
