About David
David Kraut graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School with a J.D. He arrived in practice armed with one of the country’s older law school pedigrees, and he has used that training in courtroom and advisory settings across Pennsylvania. He pursued a traditional path into litigation and federal practice after law school.
Kraut is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Those admissions have shaped the contours of his work. He appears in both state and federal matters and navigates the procedural differences that come with each forum.
His professional résumé lists a transition to an Of Counsel role in 2022 at Warren McGraw & Knowles LLC. That move placed him in a small firm environment where he could apply experience earned earlier in his career. As Of Counsel he has handled filings, motion practice, and crafting of appellate briefs in matters routed through the district courts and federal appellate channels where he is credentialed.
Outside the courtroom he has remained involved in the legal community. He holds memberships in the Pennsylvania State Bar, the Montgomery Bar Association, and the Montgomery - American Inn of Court.
