During his time at UC Berkeley, he graduated with honors, reflecting his dedication and academic excellence.
Mr. Schwartz concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, including business contracts, business dissolution, business finance, business formation, business litigation, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, and partnership and shareholder disputes. Throughout his career, Mr. Schwartz has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Francisco, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Francisco for several years.
Mr. Schwartz is an active member of the State Bar of California. He has been recognized for his contributions to the legal field, including being selected to the Super Lawyers list from 2011 to 2026.
