David Fareid Makkabi is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2007. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Makkabi is the founder and managing attorney at Makkabi Law Group, APC, a law firm located at 9454 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 900, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. He has been practicing law for over 18 years, serving clients throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
Mr. Makkabi earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, graduating in 2006. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his time at Loyola Law School, he was recognized with the Wiley M. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services in 2007, highlighting his commitment to public service.
Mr. Makkabi concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury law, civil litigation, and product liability. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and premises liability claims. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.
Mr. Makkabi is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Makkabi is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Los Angeles County effectively.
