About David E.

David E. Wolff built a straightforward path into law. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and International Business at the University of South Carolina–Columbia, finishing in 2010. He then earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013. Those years shaped his legal foundation and provided classroom study in criminal justice and business alongside practical training in law school.

He moved quickly from law school into practice. In 2014 he took on the role of managing lawyer at Wolff Law. That early leadership role placed him in day-to-day responsibility for client matters and the administrative side of running a small practice. Records show his professional memberships include the Florida Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, all listed as current. He is licensed to practice in Florida.

Colleagues describe Wolff as a hands-on trial lawyer who handles case preparation and courtroom work himself rather than passing those tasks off. Over the years he has handled a range of matters that required legal research, motion practice and negotiation. He often balances courtroom deadlines with client meetings and the operational demands of maintaining a practice. That mix of litigation and practice management has influenced how he structures client files and prepares cases for hearing.

Wolff’s practice has a local emphasis. He appears regularly in Florida state courts and maintains ties within the Dade County legal community through bar association work. His memberships in state and national bar groups keep him connected to developments in procedure and ethics. Outside of the courtroom he handles the administrative responsibilities common to small firm practice: staffing, client intake and case budgeting.

Clients and peers note that Wolff’s work is practical and direct. He favors clear explanations over legalese and tends to set realistic expectations about timing and outcome. He has continued to adapt his practice to the changing demands of litigation in Florida, including electronic filing and discovery processes.

As of 2026 he continues to serve as managing lawyer at Wolff Law, practicing in Florida and handling the matters brought to his office there. His current practice focuses on serving clients through Wolff Law in Florida.
