David Duncan earned his law degree from The George Washington University Law School in 2003. He had previously completed a bachelor’s degree in political science at the College of the Holy Cross in 1995. Those years framed his entry into the legal profession and shaped his approach to litigation and client work.
After law school, Duncan built a practice grounded in courtroom procedure and client advocacy. He joined professional groups that align with trial work and consumer representation.
