David M. Chico is the founder and managing partner of David Chico Law Group, a firm based in Celebration, Florida. He has been practicing law in Florida since his admission to the Florida Bar on April 21, 2005. Chico earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law, in 2004. Before establishing his own practice, he served as a prosecutor for the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange and Osceola Counties. He is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. In his personal injury practice, Mr. Chico handles cases involving car accidents, wrongful death, and premises liability. He also represents clients in business law matters, including contract disputes, business formation, and shareholder disputes. Additionally, he provides legal services in real estate law, covering areas such as commercial real estate, land use, and zoning.
Mr. Chico is fluent in both French and Spanish. As a result, the attorney can serve clients.
