David Befeler built his legal foundation in Florida classrooms and courts. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida, completed his J.D. at Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, and pursued studies in international law at the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Florida and has worked in the Tampa Bay area legal community for years.
