David Andrew Maxfield is a dedicated consumer protection attorney based in Columbia, South Carolina. Since 1994, he has focused his practice on representing consumers in various legal matters against banks, credit reporting agencies, debt collectors, and insurance companies. Over the course of his 31-year career, Maxfield has secured significant recoveries for his clients, including one of the highest punitive damage verdicts in the nation against a creditor in a credit reporting case. This landmark achievement shows his commitment to advocating for consumer rights and holding corporations accountable. In 2012, Maxfield founded his own firm, Dave Maxfield, Attorney, LLC, located at 808D Lady Street, Columbia, SC 29201.
