About David Allen

\n\nMr. McLaughlin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1992, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Law Review.

Prior to law school, he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Christian Brothers University in 1989.\n\nHe is admitted to practice law in Tennessee (1992), Arkansas (2007), and Mississippi (2020). His federal court admissions include the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Middle.
