David Aaron Closson is a shareholder and head of the Business Law Group at Altitude Community Law in Lakewood, Colorado. He has been practicing law in Colorado since 2002. David earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Colorado in 2002.
Prior to that, he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado State University in 1995. At Altitude Community Law, David focuses on business law, real estate transactions, and community association law. His experience includes entity formation, contract drafting, and negotiation, as well as handling real estate purchases, sales, leases, and financing.
David is a member of the Community Associations Institute, reflecting his commitment to the field of community association law.
