About Daulton
Daulton Gregory began a path toward law early. He studied Pre-Law at Wagner College in 2014 and went on to earn a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware in 2018. He then entered Widener University Delaware School of Law and received his J.D. in 2021. Those years of study gave him a steady grounding in legal principles and the criminal justice system.
After law school, Gregory gained admission to practice in Delaware and New Jersey. He joined the New Jersey State Bar in 2022 and maintains that membership today. His bi-state admission allows him to handle matters that cross state lines and to advise clients about differences in procedure and practice between the two states.
Gregory’s community involvement includes serving on the board of the Wilmington Police Foundation, a role he took on in 2023. That position places him at the intersection of civic institutions and legal issues in Wilmington. He has also held memberships in professional groups, and those connections inform how he approaches cases and client relationships.
He practices from Marin & Gregory LLC, where he works with clients in Delaware and New Jersey. Colleagues describe him as methodical; he breaks complex issues into clear steps and builds arguments that are straightforward and practical. His academic background in criminal justice often shapes how he evaluates investigative material and evidence, and his law school training provided further tools for courtroom and transactional work.
Gregory’s career so far blends legal training, local civic involvement and practical work at a small firm. He continues practicing at Marin & Gregory LLC, representing clients in matters in both Delaware and New Jersey.
