About Darren Wade

Darren Wade Anderson earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 1994. He completed the law program after studies that placed him in the 1994 graduating class. The legal education he received in Houston laid the groundwork for a practice that spans state and federal courts.

After law school he entered private practice and established a steady presence in civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in Texas and Arkansas, and he is also admitted to appear before the Federal Circuit. Over the years he has handled a range of matters in state and federal forums, representing clients in contested hearings and court proceedings.

His professional affiliations include membership in the National Trial Lawyers Association, where he has been listed since 2004. That association reflects his experience in trial practice and courtroom procedure. He has been active in matters that require litigation planning, witness preparation and courtroom advocacy. He has balanced courtroom work with written advocacy, drafting motions and briefs for trial and appellate levels.

Anderson’s practice has involved working on cases that demand detailed factual development and careful attention to procedure. He is comfortable managing discovery, conducting depositions and guiding cases through the pretrial stages. He has represented individuals and organizations; the files in his office show a steady stream of civil disputes that require negotiation as well as, when necessary, trial readiness.

He opened Anderson Law Office, PLLC to centralize his practice and provide a base for client work in multiple jurisdictions. The firm handles matters that reach state courts in Texas and Arkansas and that sometimes require filing or responding in federal court. He supervises case strategy and client communications at the firm and continues to appear personally in court when litigation requires it.

Outside of the courtroom he has kept current on procedural developments and case law that affect litigators practicing in the regions where he is admitted. That attention supports the practical advice he gives clients when weighing settlement and trial options. He currently practices at Anderson Law Office, PLLC, representing clients in state and federal matters.
