Darius Khayat is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1992. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Khayat is the principal owner of the Law Office of Darius Khayat, a professional law corporation located at 955 Boardwalk, Suite 303, San Marcos, California. He has been practicing law for over 33 years, serving clients throughout San Marcos and the surrounding communities.
Mr. Khayat earned his Juris Doctor degree from National University School of Law in 1991. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate studies at National University, obtaining a degree in Chemistry. These academic foundations have equipped him with strong analytical skills, which he applies daily in his legal practice.
Mr. Khayat concentrates his practice in the areas of business law and estate planning. He provides legal services related to business formation, including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies (LLCs). His estate planning services encompass the creation of living trusts, powers of attorney, and simple wills. Additionally, he offers guidance on probate matters, contract review and drafting, and general business counsel. In the community, he has served as President of the San Marcos Lions Club Foundation and as an elected member of the San Marcos Economic Development Corporation. He has been involved in various city committees, including the Bond Review Committee and the General Plan Amendment Committee. Mr. Khayat is fluent in English and Spanish, enabling him to effectively serve the diverse communities of San Marcos and the surrounding areas.
