About Danny

Danny Chrisney earned his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University in 2018 after entering law school in 2015. He completed his legal education during a period of steady professional development. He moved from classroom to courtroom preparation quickly and began building practical experience while still a student.

His earliest legal work included an internship with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in 2016. That role exposed him to federal administrative procedures and the documentation side of immigration work. In 2018 he served as a law clerk at FIRRP, where he handled research and drafting assignments that supported courtroom filings and client advisories.

Later in 2018 he joined Wilner & O Reilly, APLC as an associate lawyer. He worked on case preparation, client interviews, and court submissions. Colleagues say he became a dependable part of the firm’s workflow and took on increasing responsibility over time. In 2022 the firm named him Managing Lawyer, a role that broadened his duties to include supervising staff, coordinating case assignments, and managing day-to-day operations.

Chrisney is admitted to practice in Arizona and conducts work in that jurisdiction. His practice sits inside the structure of a small firm where attorneys cover many elements of representation. He has experience preparing briefs, managing discovery, and supporting litigation strategy through research and document management.

Those who have worked with him note a straightforward approach to casework. He tends to break issues into discrete tasks and to follow through on the procedural steps that keep matters moving. That practical orientation has shaped how he organizes teams and allocates work at the firm.

He maintains professional association membership and continues to engage with peer networks in the state. Outside of client work, his routine includes supervising junior lawyers and refining internal processes to ensure filings and client communications meet court deadlines.

He now practices at Wilner & O Reilly, APLC, where he works on matters for clients across Arizona.
