About Danielle

Danielle Stoner began her formal training at Wayne State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in journalism in 1998. She went on to receive her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2003. Those years set a foundation in writing and analysis that would shape her legal work.

Her early career moved steadily into disability advocacy. In 2006 she worked at James C. Thomas, P.C., and by 2008 she was listed as a lawyer with Disability Lawyers of Michigan. Her work during that period centered on claims and administrative hearings. She has been active in professional circles that support Social Security claimants since 2008 and has maintained ties to local legal organizations.

Stoner's admitted jurisdiction includes the Sixth Circuit. She holds memberships in the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and the Macomb County Bar Association, both since 2008. At the municipal level she has been involved in Roseville civic affairs for years. She joined the City of Roseville Citizens Advisory Committee in 2008 and has served as a commissioner on the City of Roseville Planning Commission since 2009.

Colleagues describe her work as practical and methodical. She has handled administrative filings, claimant appeals, and represented clients at hearings. Her journalism background often shows in careful drafting and attention to record detail. She combines litigation preparation with client interviews and medical record review, tasks common in Social Security disability work.

Outside the office she remains engaged in local government through the planning commission and advisory committee roles. Those positions keep her connected to municipal policy and community concerns. At the same time she continues to participate in professional development through bar association activities and membership in organizations focused on Social Security representation.

She currently focuses her practice on Social Security disability claims.
