About Danielle

Danielle Schroder is an attorney working in Wisconsin who built her legal foundation at the University of Wisconsin Law School, earning her J.D. in 2011. She entered the bar and began practicing in the same year. The law school years placed her at the center of state legal concerns and provided the training she would carry into courtroom work.

After graduation, Schroder moved into practice in Wisconsin. She is admitted to the State of Wisconsin bar and holds admissions in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. Those federal admissions have allowed her to take cases beyond state court dockets and appear in both trial and motion practice on a federal level.

Her professional affiliations are steady and longstanding. Schroder has been a member of the Wisconsin State Bar and the Dane County Bar Association since 2011. She belongs to the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the American Bar Association, also joining those organizations in 2011. In 2012 she added membership in the American Bar Association’s Equal Employment Opportunity Committee, a role she continues to hold. These memberships have given her regular contact with peers across practice areas and ongoing access to committee work and continuing legal education.

Schroder’s practice is based at Hawks Quindel, S.C. There she has handled matters that require litigation skills in both state and federal venues. Colleagues and opposing counsel recognize her for steady courtroom presence and attention to case details. She has worked on case preparation, discovery, motion practice and courtroom advocacy, tasks typical for lawyers appearing in civil litigation.

Her work at Hawks Quindel has kept her engaged with developments in employment-related and civil litigation law through the associations she maintains. Schroder attends seminars and committee meetings and contributes to discussions on legal strategy and procedure. She balances casework with the continuing education expected of active bar members.

Outside court filings and motions, Schroder’s career shows a consistent pattern: law school training followed by immediate bar admission, engagement in local and national bar groups, and practice in both state and federal courts. She remains an active member of multiple bar organizations and conducts litigation from her base at Hawks Quindel, S.C., representing clients in state and federal courts. Her current practice focuses on litigation in Wisconsin state and federal courts.
