About Danielle
Danielle Fox earned her J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2015. She entered the profession at a moment when many young lawyers try different niches. Her academic training set the groundwork for a practice centered on contested matters and client representation in civil disputes.
Her first listed role after law school was as a managing lawyer at National Litigation Law Group in 2016. In that post she took on administrative responsibilities alongside casework. Managing a docket and coordinating with other attorneys shaped her early practical skills. It also exposed her to the procedural demands of litigation practice.
In 2017 she joined Thomas J. Henry as a personal injury lawyer. That role required hands-on work with injured clients, records collection, and negotiation with insurance representatives. Two years later she remained at Thomas J. Henry as a litigation lawyer, expanding the range of courtroom tasks she handled. The shift from a primarily claimant-centered personal injury role to broader litigation duties reflected a widening of the kinds of disputes she managed.
In 2021 she moved to McCormick Law Office as a litigation lawyer. There she continued to handle contested matters, preparing briefs, taking depositions, and appearing in court. She practices in Texas, where her work involves the procedural rhythms of state courts. She also maintains at least one current professional association membership, which gives her access to continuing legal education and professional networks.
Colleagues describe her approach as procedural and client-oriented: careful preparation, attention to deadlines, and clear communication. She has worked across stages of litigation from intake and investigation through settlement talks and trials.
