About Daniel
Daniel Warner earned his law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. He entered the legal profession soon after school and began his early career in a small Phoenix firm.
His first recorded position was as a law clerk at Foster & Harmon, P.C. in 2006. That role gave him front-line exposure to courtroom procedure and client work. In 2008 he joined J. Phillip Glasscock, P.C. as an associate attorney, a move that expanded his responsibilities and put him in the role of handling matters from intake through resolution.
By 2012 Warner had taken the next step in his career, becoming a partner at Kelly / Warner, PLLC. The partnership years were a period of practice development and deeper involvement in firm management. The path from associate to partner taught him how to balance casework with the administrative demands of running a smaller practice.
In 2019 he co-founded RM Warner Law and serves as a partner. That venture represents his most recent firm-level commitment and reflects years spent building a client base and a working approach. Colleagues describe him as methodical in his preparation and direct in his client communication. He has maintained professional memberships and stays active in bar-related circles relevant to his jurisdiction.
Warner is admitted to practice in Arizona. His career has been based in that state since he moved into private practice. He has experience across multiple firm settings, from clerkship to associate work, to partnership and firm founding. Those transitions show a lawyer who understands both the legal work and the business side of a practice.
Today he works out of RM Warner Law, where he oversees case intake and the firm’s daily operations. He advises clients on matters arising under Arizona law and manages a docket informed by years of courtroom and office experience.
