About Daniel
Daniel Warner earned his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1979. He finished law school at a time when the profession was changing, and he moved into practice as the decade closed. That education provided the foundation for a career that has stretched over four decades.
Warner founded Warner Law Office, P.A. in 1987. He has worked at that firm since its inception. Over the years the office has handled a steady docket of civil matters, often on behalf of individuals and small organizations. The decision to open a private practice framed the rest of his professional life.
He is licensed to practice in Minnesota and is admitted to appear before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Much of his work concerns employment disputes and other civil litigation. He represents clients in hearings, settlements, and courtroom proceedings. His record in those matters is shaped by long experience rather than flash; he has moved through routine filings and contested hearings in both state and federal settings.
Warner’s professional memberships reflect that orientation. He has been a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association since 1988, a group that connects attorneys who represent employees. He has also served on the board of Civil Society since 2002 and has been on the South St. Paul/Inver Grove Heights Rotary Club board of directors since 2007. Those roles have kept him visible in both legal and local civic circles, and they show a pattern of steady organizational involvement.
Colleagues describe his practice style as practical and measured. He handles cases with an emphasis on procedural care and client communication. That approach fits the caseload at a small firm where clients expect direct access to counsel and clear explanations of next steps.
Warner continues to run Warner Law Office, P.A., maintaining a small practice that addresses employment law and related civil litigation matters. He remains active in local boards and professional groups while carrying the firm’s caseload through state and federal courts, including the Eighth Circuit.
