About Daniel W. Bosch

Daniel W. Bosch Jr. took a direct path from the classroom to the courtroom. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Louisiana State University in 2015, followed by a Master of Public Administration from LSU in 2017. He completed his legal studies at the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, receiving his J.D./D.C.L. in 2020.

After law school, Bosch joined the Louisiana bar and began practicing in the state. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, a membership he has held since 2020. He also holds an Advocate designation from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, a credential that signals formal training in trial techniques and courtroom practice.

Bosch started his firm-side career as an associate at Kean Miller LLP. In that role he has worked on matters arising under Louisiana law and served clients across the firm’s practice areas. His work as an associate has involved research, drafting pleadings, preparing for hearings, and supporting trial teams. Colleagues describe him as methodical in his approach to case preparation and attentive to procedural detail.

His academic background combines law and public administration. The M.P.A. provided coursework in public policy and administrative processes. The political science degree preceded both. Together those degrees have informed his approach to legal problems, shaping how he analyzes statutory text, administrative rules, and the policy context surrounding disputes.

Bosch’s NITA Advocate designation suggests regular engagement with trial and advocacy skills. The designation is tied to practical training in examination, evidence handling, and courtroom tactics. He has remained active in professional circles through the Louisiana State Bar Association since his admission, attending programs and networking with peers across the state.

Colleagues note that Bosch brings an analytical mindset to each file. He balances research-heavy tasks with courtroom preparation. He is part of Kean Miller’s bench of associates who rotate through litigation assignments and client work. While still early in his career, he has taken on progressively complex responsibilities in case development and client communication.

He lives and practices in Louisiana and serves clients from the regional offices of Kean Miller LLP. His current practice focuses on litigation and trial advocacy at Kean Miller LLP.
