About Daniel Paul

Daniel Paul Dagostino built his legal foundation in New York. He completed his undergraduate studies at SUNY Center at Albany before moving west for law school. He earned his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law. Those academic stops set the stage for a practice that crosses state lines and federal boundaries.

He holds licenses to practice in four separate jurisdictions: Massachusetts, the District of Columbia, New York and California. That list reflects a career practiced in multiple legal environments. It also means he must keep current on differing procedural rules and professional obligations across those courts. Colleagues and clients see that as a practical advantage when matters touch more than one forum.

Across his career he has worked on matters that required coordination across jurisdictions. He has argued procedural questions in state and federal settings and managed filings in courts from the East Coast to the West. His experience spans courtroom appearances, administrative filings and the file work that precedes litigation. He adapts legal strategies to the procedural landscape at hand. He also balances the demands of multi-jurisdictional practice against the realities of each venue.

Professionally, Dagostino has maintained long-term connections to the bar and to local legal communities. He keeps the credentialing that allows him to represent clients in multiple states and in the District of Columbia. That sustained presence across jurisdictions informs how he evaluates case timing, venue and enforcement. Today he practices law across Massachusetts, the District of Columbia, New York and California.
