About Daniel
Daniel Myers built a legal career that moves from classrooms to courtrooms in a compact, steady arc. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Case Western Reserve University in 2008, then completed his Juris Doctor at Cleveland State University in 2011. Those credentials set the stage for rapid entry into practice.
He began his legal work as an associate at O Rourke & Associates in 2011. The role was an early apprenticeship in litigation and client representation. A year later he opened his own firm, founding Myers Law, LLC in 2012. He has run that practice since, handling case intake, trial preparation and courtroom appearances.
Myers is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He holds memberships in several professional organizations that reflect an emphasis on trial work and local bar engagement. He belongs to the Ohio State Bar Association, the West Shore Bar Association, the Ohio Association for Justice, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Lawyers (CATA) and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
