About Daniel E.

Daniel E. McCabe built his path to the law from a blend of liberal arts and courtroom study. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications and Political Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 1991. He later completed his legal education at Villanova University School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1998.

Early in his career McCabe joined Dozer and Auslander as an associate in 2000. That job introduced him to the daily work of a small firm and the demands of client-facing practice. He moved on in 2003 to Prince Law Offices, where he continued to develop practical litigation and transactional skills. In 2006 he began working at Wolf, Baldwin & Associates, P.C., a position he maintains today.

Those steps form a steady professional arc. Each role added responsibility and familiarity with courtroom procedure, client counseling, and legal drafting. Colleagues describe him as someone who approaches problems methodically and keeps an eye on practical outcomes. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and holds current membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar.

McCabe’s academic background in speech communications and political science plays a visible role in his practice. The study of rhetoric and government informed his approach to advocacy and negotiation. Law school then supplied doctrinal training and the analytical tools needed for case preparation and legal writing. Together, those influences guide how he prepares a matter and presents issues to clients and opposing counsel.

At Wolf, Baldwin & Associates, P.C., McCabe has spent years working through the kinds of disputes and transactions that make up everyday legal practice. His resume lists positions at multiple firms over more than two decades. That continuity has allowed him to refine a routine for case management and client communication. He also maintains professional ties through the state bar, which keeps him engaged with developments in Pennsylvania law.

Outside of firm roles, McCabe’s career reflects a steady practice in the state where he is licensed. He has moved through associate and lawyer positions and settled into work at Wolf, Baldwin & Associates, P.C. He currently practices at Wolf, Baldwin & Associates, P.C., handling matters for clients in Pennsylvania.
