Daniel B. Beck is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1975 and holds bar number 63865. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Beck is the principal attorney at Beck Law P.C., a law firm located in Windsor, California. He has been practicing law for over 50 years, serving clients throughout Sonoma County and the surrounding areas.
Mr. Beck earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, graduating in 1971. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1968. Additionally, he earned a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from Sonoma State University in 1974.
Mr. Beck concentrates his practice in the areas of child sexual abuse, child sexual assault, family law, criminal law, personal injury, civil litigation, real estate, and business law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and premises liability claims. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Beck has handled cases in the Superior and Appellate Courts of California, as well as the Federal Courts of Nevada, Idaho, and Washington D.C. He has also appeared before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.
Mr. Beck is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association. He is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Sonoma County effectively.
