About Daniel A.
Daniel A. Spitzer earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands in 2003. He returned to school later and completed both a Juris Doctor and a master’s degree in Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law in 2012. Those credentials underpin a career that moves between business management and courtroom work.
Spitzer began his professional life in the private sector. In the late 1980s he was involved in information services and early marketplace ventures, including roles as entrepreneur and partner in Tech Mind Information Services and as a market manager at the American Information Exchange. He worked as a consultant for The Strategic Solutions Group, Inc., and later took on operational leadership in the oil industry, serving as vice president and chief operating officer at Topanga Oil Products Company and at Orange Line Oil Company, Inc.
He entered legal practice after completing law school and took a trial lawyer position at Levitt, Leichenger & Aberle, LLP in 2012. That early litigation experience laid the groundwork for courtroom procedure and case management. In 2019 he returned to Pepperdine University School of Law as an adjunct professor of law, teaching and mentoring students while remaining active in practice.
In 2021 Spitzer launched his own practice as principal lawyer at Spitzer Legal, APC. He brought to that role a mix of trial experience and executive management skills. His work spans civil litigation and personal injury matters, and he has balanced casework with client counseling and firm administration.
Outside the office he has been active in professional networks. He joined CAALA in 2012 and has been involved with the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Personal Injury Section Executive Committee since 2013. He is also a member of Provisors, a business networking group, where he has maintained membership since 2013.
Spitzer is licensed to practice in California. He combines courtroom experience, teaching, and prior corporate leadership in his current role. He currently practices at Spitzer Legal, APC, handling personal injury and civil litigation matters.
