About Dana
Dana Judas earned a B.A. in English from the University of Iowa in 2010 and went on to complete her J.D. at the University of Iowa College of Law in 2014. Her academic record ties her to the same Midwestern law school for both undergraduate and legal training. That continuity shaped the early contours of her legal perspective and anchored her professional network in Iowa.
After law school, Judas began her legal career as an associate at Viner Law Office, PC in 2014. The role offered hands‑on experience in day‑to‑day practice. It also introduced her to courtroom procedures, client counseling and the internal rhythms of a small firm. Over time she expanded her responsibilities beyond entry‑level tasks and took on matters that required more independent judgment.
Judas is admitted to practice in Iowa. She has been active in local legal circles since the start of her career. She has been a member of the Linn County Bar Association since 2014 and joined the Dean Mason Ladd American Inn of Court that same year. In 2015 she took on the role of Secretary of the Linn Law Club, a position she continues to hold. Those memberships have kept her connected to colleagues across the county and provided regular contact with continuing legal education and mentoring programs.
Her professional path shows steady progression from a first-associate role into sustained practice within the local bar community. Colleagues describe her as methodical and attentive to detail. She approaches cases with practical legal analysis and a preference for clear, direct communication. She balances courtroom preparedness with efforts to resolve client issues through negotiation when appropriate.
Judas currently practices at Nazette, Marner, Nathanson & Shea LLP. There she handles a range of matters aligned with the firm’s caseload and contributes to client representation across the office. Her work continues to be centered in Iowa, where she maintains active ties to the legal organizations that have been part of her professional life since 2014.
