Dan Street is a retired attorney who dedicated over 37 years to personal injury and wrongful death litigation in Dallas, Texas. Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1978, he quickly established a reputation for excellence. Throughout his career, Dan successfully resolved over 10,000 cases, boasting an impressive win ratio of 99%. Before founding Street Law Firm, Dan served as an Associate Judge for the 304th Judicial District Court of Dallas County from 1979 to 1982.

At just 26 years old, he made history by becoming the youngest judge in Dallas County and the first-ever Associate Judge in Texas. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1976, following his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and English from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1974. In August 2019, Dan retired from the practice of law, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and achievement. In retirement, he has embraced new adventures, including sailing. He has captained his own 50-foot yacht to over 60 islands in the Caribbean, enjoying the freedom of the open sea. Additionally, he cherishes time spent with his four adult children, eight grandchildren, and three Shih Tzus, finding joy in family and leisure activities.
