About Damoun
Damoun Yazdi began his legal path at the University of Oregon, where he completed his studies in 2008. He left school at a moment when the legal landscape was shifting and entered practice ready to learn on his feet. That educational foundation remains part of his professional identity.
After graduating, Yazdi went on to a career in California. He is admitted to practice in that state and has built his practice there. Over the years he has taken on the routine challenges of client representation, courtroom procedure and settlement negotiation that come with being a practicing lawyer.
Yazdi is a lawyer at The Accident Network Law Group. In that role he handles client intake, develops case strategy and represents individuals through the life of their claims. He works from the firm’s offices and collaborates with colleagues to manage caseloads and courtroom schedules. His daily work combines client counseling with the procedural tasks required by civil litigation.
He maintains membership in professional associations that support continuing education and peer contact. Those connections keep him current on developments in state practice and on trends that affect how cases are handled in court and in settlement talks. He also relies on those networks when complex factual or legal questions arise that benefit from consultation.
Colleagues describe him as pragmatic in the office. He tends to favor clear explanations for clients. He prepares documentation carefully and approaches filings with an eye toward deadlines and evidentiary detail. That practical approach informs how he sets expectations with those who come to the firm for help.
Outside of court, Yazdi spends time refining case files and meeting with medical providers, investigators and experts when needed. He balances the administrative side of practice with client-facing work, often serving as the primary point of contact for people navigating claims after an incident.
As of 2026 he practices in California at The Accident Network Law Group. He focuses his practice on accident-related claims and the civil matters that arise from them.
