About Damon
Damon Pendleton built his legal foundation at North Carolina Central University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. He then pursued an advanced law degree at Temple University Beasley School of Law, completing an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy. Those years in the classroom and the mock courtroom shaped how he approaches actual court proceedings.
The LL.M. program emphasized hands-on trial skills. Pendleton studied evidence, witness examination and the practical mechanics of opening statements and closings. He left Temple with an emphasis on courtroom practice and an attention to the tactical details that matter on trial days.
Pendleton is licensed to practice in Virginia. He serves as managing lawyer at Christina Pendleton & Associates. In that role he handles litigation tasks and helps guide the firm’s casework and courtroom strategy. The title also involves administrative oversight, client consultations and mentoring less-experienced attorneys, responsibilities that fall naturally into the day-to-day of running a small litigation practice.
He maintains active membership in several professional organizations. Pendleton is a current member of the Virginia State Bar, the American Association for Justice and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. Those affiliations keep him plugged into developments in trial practice and connect him with colleagues across the state and the country.
Colleagues and clients see him most often in the courthouse. He brings the trial training from Temple and the foundational law study from North Carolina Central to bear in contested matters in Virginia. He works from the offices of Christina Pendleton & Associates and divides his time between client meetings, motion practice and preparation for hearings and trials. He currently practices in Virginia, concentrating on litigation and trial advocacy at Christina Pendleton & Associates.
