Damian J. Nassiri is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2004. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Nassiri is the founding and managing partner of Nassiri Law, Inc., a law firm located in Orange, California. Mr. Nassiri earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State College of Law at Argosy University in 2003, graduating cum laude and ranking in the top 20% of his class. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Fullerton, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry in 1999. During law school, he served as a Judicial Extern for Presiding Justice David G. Sills at the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division Three.

He represents employees in matters involving wage and hour disputes, overtime, wrongful termination, discrimination, and sexual harassment. Additionally, he provides legal services to medical marijuana collectives, assisting with business formation, compliance, and related legal issues. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Nassiri has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Orange County for several years.

Mr. Nassiri is an active member of the State Bar of California and holds memberships in the Orange County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. He has been featured on various news programs, including KCAL Channel 9, KTLA Channel 5, PBS SoCal, and KTTV Channel 11, discussing topics related to employment law and cannabis regulations.
