Dale Arden Kiken is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1981. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Kiken is the principal attorney at The Kiken Group A Professional Corp, a law firm located at 38 Corporate Park, Irvine, CA 92606-5105. He has been practicing law for over four decades, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Kiken earned his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he graduated in 1980. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Colorado Boulder, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his time at Pepperdine, he was involved in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in the field.
Mr. Kiken concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, real estate transactions, and civil litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving contract disputes, property transactions, and commercial litigation. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Kiken has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Irvine for ten years.
Mr. Kiken is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Business Law. He is also a certified mediator through the Orange County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Kiken is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
