Cynthia Ann Craig is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003 and holds bar number 226318. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Craig is a founding partner at Kubota & Craig, P.C., a personal injury law firm located in Irvine, California. She has been practicing law for over two decades, serving clients throughout Orange County and Southern California.

Ms. Craig earned her Juris Doctor degree from Simon Greenleaf School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at Saddleback College. During her time at law school, she was a member of the Rodger J. Trainer California Moot Court Team, placing in the top two consecutive years, and received the West Publishing Company Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement.

Ms. Craig concentrates her practice in the areas of personal injury law, including auto accidents, premises liability, government liability, dog bites, wrongful death, and traumatic injury cases. She represents individuals in all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout her career, Ms. Craig has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding her own firm, she served on the Board of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA) since 2006 and currently serves as President of OCTLA. In 2013, she was awarded Board Member of the Year for outstanding service, dedication, and leadership. She also serves as a member of the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys of California as an elected Orange County member.

Ms. Craig has been recognized by her peers and professional organizations for her contributions to the legal field. She has been selected to Super Lawyers from 2006 to 2025 and recognized in The Best Lawyers in America from 2020 to 2025. In 2019, she received the Marvin E. Lewis Award from the Consumer Attorneys of California for her continued guidance, loyalty, and dedication, inspiring fellow attorneys. In 2014, she was awarded the Angelo Palmieri Civility Award by the Banyard Inns of Court for maintaining the highest tradition of professionalism and civility in the legal profession. Ms. Craig is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
