He has been practicing law for over 26 years, serving clients throughout the Central Valley region.
Mr. Sok earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, graduating in 1998. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Purdue University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management with an emphasis in Mechanical Engineering in 1987. During his time at Western State University, he developed a strong foundation in legal principles and practices.
Mr. Sok concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense and immigration law. He represents individuals in matters involving criminal charges, including felonies and misdemeanors, as well as immigration issues such as deportation proceedings and visa applications. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including initial case evaluation, discovery, negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Sok has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Fresno, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is also admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate attorney at a general practice law firm in Fresno for several years.

He is also a certified Criminal Law Specialist by the State Bar of California, a designation he has held since 2015.
