Cristofer Bennardo began his path in higher education at Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1991. He moved south to attend the University of Miami School of Law and received his J.D. in 1995. Those years shaped a practical approach to law and a familiarity with both state and federal systems.
After law school, Bennardo established a practice that spans state and federal jurisdiction. He is admitted to the bar in Florida and Pennsylvania, and he holds admission to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Over the years he has handled matters that required appearances in both trial courts and federal venues, concentrating on the procedural demands of litigation and the rules that govern courtroom practice.
Bennardo’s career has been steady rather than flashy. He has maintained an active practice since earning his law degree. That continuity has given him time to refine the day-to-day work of representing clients, preparing filings, pursuing relief through motions, and arguing matters before judges.
