About Cristina

Cristina Sabbagh built a foundation in political science and languages before entering law. She earned a B.A. from the University of Florida in 2011, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Linguistics and Anthropology. She continued her studies at Nova Southeastern University College of Law, receiving her J.D. in 2015.

After law school, Sabbagh established her practice in Florida. She is active across several county bar organizations, including the Weston Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association and Broward County Bar Association. She also holds memberships in the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association, the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association and the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division.

Those memberships reflect a professional life spent engaging with peers across South Florida. Sabbagh participates in local bar activities and continuing legal education events. She works alongside lawyers from a range of specialties, which keeps her current on procedural developments and regional court practices.

Her courtroom activity and association affiliations suggest regular involvement in matters that reach the trial stage. Sabbagh has developed practical skills in case preparation, client communication and courtroom procedure through years of practice in Florida courts. Colleagues describe her as methodical in building a case file and attentive when preparing witnesses and exhibits, and she applies that approach to the matters she handles.

Sabbagh practices at Schlesinger Law Offices, P.A., where she is part of the firm’s Florida operations. In that setting she represents clients in state matters, managing case development from intake through disposition. Her work includes litigation tasks such as drafting pleadings, conducting discovery and participating in hearings.

Outside the courtroom, Sabbagh engages with bar associations that serve both Broward County and neighboring jurisdictions. She uses those forums to exchange practical knowledge and to stay informed about changes in local rules and practice. Her involvement with the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division signals ongoing engagement with issues that affect early- to mid-career attorneys.

She currently practices law in Florida at Schlesinger Law Offices, P.A., handling state-court matters and participating in local bar activities.
