Born and raised in Franklin, Texas, Mr. Greaves has deep roots in the community he serves. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas A&M University in 1995, a degree that reflects his early interests. Following his undergraduate studies, he pursued a legal education at the Cumberland School of Law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 1999.
