About Craig Arthur

Craig Arthur Harris followed a steady academic path into the law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from Brigham Young University in 2011. He then attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, completing his J.D. in 2015. His law studies included a law and business concentration and an emphasis in tax.

Harris began gaining practical experience while still in school. In 2013 he worked as a law clerk at the Law Offices of Daniel E. Allen. During his final year of law school he served as an extern at Wagner Kirkman Blaine Klomparens & Youmans LLP and as a law clerk, and later a lawyer, at Peter Robert Stone, APC in 2015. Those positions provided early exposure to the day-to-day work of small-firm practice and courtroom procedure.

After passing through several early roles, Harris moved into associate positions. He was an associate lawyer at the Law Offices of Barbara Bender in 2016. The following year he took an associate role at the Law Offices of Daniel A. Hunt, where his title is listed as associate lawyer beginning in 2017. Those associate posts rounded out his experience in client representation and case management at firms that handle a range of matters for individuals and businesses.

Harris is admitted to practice in California. His academic background — particularly the law and business course of study and the tax emphasis — informs how he approaches client issues. He has handled research, drafting, and courtroom-related tasks in clerk and associate capacities, and has worked alongside more senior attorneys on filings, motions, and transactional documents.

Colleagues and supervisors who worked with him in clerkships and at small firms would likely point to his familiarity with routine litigation tasks and with the practical concerns of clients who seek legal help at smaller offices. He moved through roles that require both independent work and collaboration. Those experiences have shaped his approach to legal problem-solving and client communication.

Harris practices law in California and serves at the Law Offices of Daniel A. Hunt. His current practice focuses on business and tax matters.
