Pursuing her focus on law, she attended the University of Dayton School of Law, where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate in 2003. While in law school, Courtney was honored with the Dean’s Scholarship, reflecting her academic excellence. Additionally, she served as Vice President of the Women’s Caucus, demonstrating her commitment to advocating for women's issues in the legal field. After successfully passing the Ohio Bar Exam on her first attempt, Courtney began her legal career in Dayton, Ohio.
In 2004, she returned to Butler County, where she sought to make a meaningful impact in her community. In 2009, she founded Caparella-Kraemer & Associates, L.L.C., driven by a commitment to providing quality representation in a small firm setting.
