Ms. Pilchman earned her Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 1998. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as a Deputy District Attorney at the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office from 2000 to 2006, where she prosecuted high-profile cases in units such as Crimes Against Children, Family Violence, and Sexual Assault.

Ms. Pilchman is an active member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Orange County Bar Association. She is also a certified Criminal Law Specialist by the California State Bar. Ms. Pilchman is fluent in English, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
