About Cory

Cory Winter has built a steady legal career in Pennsylvania law. He rose through the ranks at a single major firm over more than a decade before establishing his own office. His path is straightforward and marked by steady advancement.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from James Madison University in 2006. He then attended Widener University Commonwealth Law School and received his J.D. in 2009. Those years framed his early legal training and prepared him for courtroom and transactional work alike.

Winter began his professional life at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP in 2009 as an associate. He spent the bulk of the next decade at the firm, taking on increasing responsibilities. In 2019 he was promoted to counsel, and a year later he became a partner. The progression from associate to partner reflects long-term engagement with the firm’s matters and clients.

During his time at the firm he handled matters that required collaboration across practice groups and supervision of junior lawyers. Colleagues described him as a steady presence who accepted management duties as his role expanded. He remained based in Pennsylvania throughout that period, admitted to practice in the state.

More recently he has moved into private practice through Winter Law Office LLC. The new firm base gives him a different platform. In a small-office setting he handles casework and client contacts directly. That structure allows him to manage schedules and client communication personally, rather than through a larger firm bureaucracy.

Cory Winter’s career follows a common pattern: law school, long tenure at a regional firm, then an independent practice. He draws on years of experience at Saul Ewing to inform his work today. He currently represents clients in Pennsylvania through Winter Law Office LLC, maintaining an active practice in the state.
