Cory Russell Weck is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996 and holds bar number 183805. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Weck is a partner at McCune Law Group, a law firm located in Ontario, California. He has been practicing law for over 29 years, serving clients throughout the Inland Empire region.
Mr. Weck earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1996. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Cornell University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 1993. During his time at Cornell, he was recognized as the top student-athlete for San Bernardino County by the Ken Hubbs Foundation.
Mr. Weck concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury law, product liability, and elder law. He represents individuals in matters involving wrongful death, animal and dog bites, brain injuries, car accidents, construction accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, truck accidents, and other personal injury claims. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Weck has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Bernardino, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Ontario for several years.
Mr. Weck is an active member of the San Bernardino County Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He holds membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has served as the President and Vice-President of the Inland Empire Chapter of the Consumer Attorneys of California. In 2019, he was selected as the Inland Empire Trial Lawyer of the Year, and in 2023, he was awarded the Jennifer Brooks Lawyer of the Year by the Western San Bernardino County Bar Association. Mr. Weck is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of the Inland Empire effectively.
