Collin R. Moore earned a B.S. from California State University, Northridge and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Those two institutions shaped his early thinking about law and public policy. He moved from academic study into practice in California, where he is admitted to the state bar.

Over time he handled pleadings, motions, discovery and other routine litigation tasks.
