About Colin

Colin Saltry earned his undergraduate degree at Temple University before returning to the same campus for law school. He received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2016. Those years in Philadelphia shaped his early approach to the law and introduced him to the courts he now appears in regularly.

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Since finishing law school he has worked inside the state’s court system and in the federal districts that sit across and within the Commonwealth.

Saltry’s courtroom work includes filings, motions and hearings in both state and federal venues. He handles procedural and substantive matters that arise in litigation, and he spends much of his time preparing records and briefs for judges, arguing routine motions and coordinating discovery. He also appears at hearings and status conferences, translating dense court procedures into practical next steps for clients.

He practices at Kraemer, Manes, & Associates. At the firm he collaborates with colleagues on cases that require coordination across trial calendars and federal filings. Colleagues describe him as methodical in case preparation and attentive when explaining legal options to clients. That approach informs how he manages deadlines and court appearances.

Outside of court work, Saltry continues to draw on the ties he formed at Temple. The Philadelphia legal community remains a point of reference for how cases progress and how the district courts operate. He keeps current on procedural changes and federal rules that affect litigation in the Middle and Eastern Districts.

He concentrates his practice on matters brought in Pennsylvania state courts and in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
